Embedded Linux Firmware Engineer Required We are looking for a talented and self-driven firmware engineer to join our growing team. As part of our team you would help us build and test Ubiquiti’s latest designs and help us deliver the robust and powerful products our customers expect. Responsibilities Candidate will work in cooperation with other engineers to develop firmware for wireless products. The candidate must possess expert knowledge of embedded Linux processes and understand wireless/wired networking fundamentals. Must Have Requirements Experience in Linux cross compiler environment, familiar with OpenWRT firmware development. Knowledge of MTK/Atheros chips and their device drivers Expert knowledge of Linux network architecture and kernel user communication. Familiar with TCP / IP protocol, HTTP protocol LTE router firmware developing, transplanting, optimizing and maintaining Integrate LTE hardware driver support and compatibility optimization Proficient in C language, familiar with the shell, lua, understand JS Excellent ability on driver problem diagnosis Expert knowledge of TCP/IP and HTTP protocol with the 802.11 wireless LAN protocol Ability to adapt and quickly pick up new technologies Experience with WiFi and Bluetooth radios Proficient in C language, familiar with the shell, lua, understand JS
