open raw (panasonic rw2) files

I need a piece of software written in C / C++, able to read every 12 bit pixel value from a raw (RW2 from Panasonic) file. The output should be a text file containing the values coresponding to each pixel from the image. The text file should contain elements of R<value>, G<value>, B<value>, disposed next to each other (see the example below) where the leters R, G, B represent the colour of the pixel from the Bayer mask and <value> will be an integer representing the 12 bit value of the current pixel (leading zeros should be added if the value is smaller than 1000). At the end of each line should be the sequence of letters EOL meaning the line is ending and what comes next represents the next line.
