Ongoing work for good PHP, etc. coder with WP experience

I'm looking to replace one of my star project-based programmers. You will maintain a number of complex wordpress sites, that include addons like memberium, salient, bbpress, etc. You'll also be responsible for creating new sites. This project is a test project for you. You'll be fixing a bbpress paging problem on one of our core WP membership sites with heavily customized css. Here's who I'm looking for: -English as good as mine. -Tech related degree from a good, known school in India or elsewhere -3+ years of programming experience (preferably you've programmed since you were young, because you love it) -Available via Google chat I'm US based and have been hiring freelancers for over 15 years offshore.
