I need a filter proxy system made it need to have... Admin panel Adjust proxy level that allow to be in 1 begin low proxy 5 begin high proxy.. API system option the Admin panel, Also need to have member area build sign up page basic layout keep it mind this would be use my personal use only. Need Anti proxy Custom algorithms and technology return a score for each IP that is looked up. Scores range from 0-5 with 5 being the highest an IP can receive for being a proxy IP (0 = no risk, 5 = very bad / high risk Email filter system : lookup an e‑mail address to easily determine whether it is a known fraudulent e‑mail or not (either a true or a false is returned). Telephone verification supply their telephone number and call or SMS text will be sent to their phone number. The affiliate who sign up will be given a PIN number in which they need to enter on your website. If the PIN number matches the PIN number sent then they are correctly validated. Phone number look up service will allow you to lookup detailed information on a telephone number. The service will allow you to validate the type of phone (mobile, VoIP, landline and more) and where the telephone is located down to the city and zip code. After the script is build i would need API to be install on my CPA network sign up page and admin part need API code may code it in there. after that.. when affiliate start sending traffic my offer or leads it start converting leads.. if proxy it should show red blocked no traffic go to the lead.. Black its good traffic OK to be send the offer. Script it self is stand alone it be install sub domain after done install api parts to the My main CPA network website ect.
