Need a Cross Platform Quiz App (No Readymade, Only Experienced People with more than 10 apps live online)

Need a cross platform quiz application (NO UNDER VALUED TO QUOTES TO INITIATE DISCUSSION - I WILL BE INITIATING DISCUSSION ONLY TO SERIOUS PEOPLE WITH A GOOD PORTFOLIO) Background The admin side is done in php / mysql and we can just share the source-code. Whatever else needs to be prepared to connect to that should be done by you. This is a Bible Quiz. Appearance of the app is EXTREMELY important. Even if the project is awarded, if the design is not satisfactory in FIRST PRESENTATION, we will be cancelling the award there itself and there will not be a second chance provided. Photo design of screens will be provided. We need the app exactly like that. Requirements 1. User Registration (Facebook & Google Login) and registered user details needs to be stored in the server. Even with Facebook login, and additional registration form with a few qns will be provided and that data should be passed to the server 2. Passage Calendar (from mysql database hosted in our server) 3. Qns to be delivered at 6.00 am IST 4. There will be two types of qns and the type of qn will be mentioned in the database. Based on that type, question layout will be adjusted. 5. A timer should be started the moment the qn is opened by the user 6. Answers by the user should be send to the server and stored 7. There will be a winners page where the winners data along with their photos will be displayed 8. There will be a point table where points that user will be displayed 9. There will be an option to share the points on facebook & whatsapp (there will be prompts to share this every time they check the points table) 10. There will be a small advertisement banner to be shown in the question page (it should be picked based on week from the database) 11. There will be a news section where news can be read. News will be under categories and hence an option to select categories should be there (these all will be picked from the database) 12. There will be a few pages (static links, but data will be from the server) for eg.. about us, terms & conditions... etc..
