As the google won't index anything in a link after ? (question mark) there won't be any advantage over seo for your website links and they won't get index. Other thing is if we redirect these links then google won't index as well. So what i can think is we create dedicated page for each of the listing we created automatically via rss feeds. So on that page there will be a title, and some content in the middle and at the bottom there will be a button so user can click and go to the listing page. This way google will index this short page and that may give you some seo advantage over your listings.
