import vCard automaticaly -- 2

I have an URL to an online stored vCard (vcf file) I want to have a html-signature (with a link to the vCard) that I can use in emails. I want an easy way to define/use/modify this html-signature in my emails. IMPORTANT!!! If this link is clicked on a smartphone I want that all the infos stored in the vCard to be saved in contacts automatically with a single click if possible (without opening the internet browser in between to DL the vcf file) - is pretty much the same behaviour as when I click on an attached vCard to the email. DON'T BID ON THIS PROJECT IF YOU HAVE NO IDEA TO SOLVE THIS!!!
