Hire a PHP Developer

THIS IS A SMALL FUN PROJECT. I WOULD LIKE IT TO BE FINISHED TODAY. IT IS VERY SMALL PHP/DATABASE PROJECT, WHERE THERE IS TWO USERS, ADDING ACHIEVEMENTS AND GATHERING POINTS. NOTHING ELSE! SHOULD BE RESPONSIVE FOR SAFARI IOS - IMPORTANT. All files are ready and a good specification is already made with images and lots of text. Files: kpointpng is a image telling what it is kpointtest is a image of how it should look like add_achievement(pop-up) is a image telling what should be in popup kpoint is the specification of project testachievements is a testdocument for which achievements can be used for testing. Version 1: Two users User 1 is a girl User 2 is a boy An image of User 1 Girl should be displayed in the round circle in pink area. Image should be rounded. An image of User 2 Boy should be displayed in the round circle in blue area. Image should be rounded. Images are jpg and should be rounded within the face/shoulders Below, there are two counters of point (achievements). This number should become bigger when a point is added. Below, there is a table with achievements (should just add in the database). A button "Add achivevement" and a pop-up comes up with fields: Achiever: (A dropdown with the name of both users) - one is choosen No. of points: A number field where a number should be inputted. Date of achievement: A date should be choosen (DD-MM-YYYY). Achievement: Long textfield, where the user can add a description. Submit - when submitted, the inputted fields should display in the table and be remembered by the database. Then, the Point counter below the name in the coloured areas, should rise if there is a point for the user. In the edit field there should be a trash icon that deletes the achievement, and a edit symbol (pencil) where the popup can be edited. So, if we make an achievement, but User 1 already have 5 points: Achiever: User 1 No of points: 2 Date of achievement: 05.09.2017 Achievement: She ran 5 miles in 20 minutes Submit - Then the total number of points for user 1 should be 7. The site should be passwordprotected with a password that I tell you. If we could make it a way where i afterwards can "copy" all files for two new users, with a new password, but in the same database, it would be great. So if the tables could have some sort of new name, so it is still the same db, so i dont have to buy db for each pair of users. I am familiar with PHP and DB, so if the images needs change, i can do this in the files by adding them to a media folder and then do a imgscr to the /files/xxx.png. If you want, please tell me the image dimensions and i can make sure that future files will be this size. Important that is it responsive, so we can use it on Safari browser on IOS. - VERY IMPORTANT! If there are many tables (achievements) they should just keep going down (no pagination). I have all server and db info ready. FTP and MySQL, images, testachievements and everything. The rest of the files will be send when project is awarded
