Find LinkedIn Followers Count, Facebook Friends Count, Twitter Followers Counts using Email

We are looking for getting an application developed where we can find any users LinkedIn Followers, Facebook Friends Count, Twitter Followers from the person’s email address. We will be supplying email address of 1000 contacts. Based on those email, social profile needs to identified and the followers count need to be found out. The software will have the panel where I can upload a CSV file or contacts and it will output the contacts social followers in the CSV and also print it on the page. The sorting order will be according to the person who has the highest followers count.
