Employee RFID Timeclock System

We need the ability for our production floor employees to be able to "clock in" and "clock out" of their respective departments using RFID card/tags for the purpose of recording time worked by each employee. This data then needs to be able to be exported into excel for further processing. Main points: - Each employee will clock in and clock out multiple times per day, as they go on breaks on change the department they are working in. - The system should then be able to tally all of the total hours worked by each employee for export into an excel spreadsheet (sample of layout attached). - Before exporting, manager has the ability to edit times manually. - There needs to be some logic involved with calculating total time worked for each employee. For example, employees go on both paid and unpaid breaks and so this needs to be considered when calculating the total amount of time payable to each employee. Also, overtime is paid for employees that work before/after certain times in certain departments so this also needs to be calculated. The system also needs to round times (ie: round to 6am is RFID card is scanned at 6:03am). - The department that the employee works in needs to recorded. This could be achieved by having PC's located in each department so when an employee swipes their RFID card on that PC, it know's which department it is. - Possible extra alterations to the above logic but the process will remain the same.
