Customize a WordPress installation running Woocommerce and WCMP

Hello, I have a WordPress installation that runs Woocommerce, along with the plugin WCMP (Woocommerce Multiple Vendors). The URL of the website will be provided The vendors are registered using a form (Vendor registration page) where they also mention the pin codes where they'll operate (can be multiple or single) and a referral code, both these values are stored in the table wp_usermeta, under _vendor_postcode and _vendor_address_2 respectively. The requirements of the project are as follows, 1. When someone enters the website ask for the pin code (Compulsory field) and referral code (non-compulsory) using a splash screen or pop-up Scenario 1 (User only enters Pincode) - The website will show products from vendors that match the pin code that user has entered. Scenario 2 (User enters pincode and referral code) - According to those fields, sticky the products (show on top of the page) of the vendor of whose referral code is entered by the user and show the products of the vendors who deliver to the pin code user has entered. 2. Also, add the ability to change pin code on the homepage, this will also update the products displayed according to the vendor selling in the new pin code. The installation is on Linode running on LAMP stack. The credentials of the same will be provided, all changes must be provided via a well-detailed documentation, only after the delivery of the documentation and my satisfaction will the project be considered finished.
