Looking for either a highly efficient individual or team to customize BigBlueButton platform as well as to streamline the way BBB communicates with our Wordpress front-end by using widgets, a customized wordpress plugin, etc. The job entails the following: For BigBlueButton itself: - 100% brand the client (no BBB shown on any application including deskshare) - Add Skype Button to toolbar - HTML5 only, no flash loading - No more .wav files all audio saved and processed as .mp3 - Uploadable archives to Youtube -Ability to play audio files via the BBB platform during meeting -Audio and video files show class name/title (not generic) - Video archive has statistics for how many views - Invite option during meeting - Inbound calls only show to moderator - Every user enters as listener but has option to join later with microphone - Timer to show how long a meeting has been running For Wordpress front-end: - Administration page for multisite users to create, edit, schedule, upload and delete BBB meetings - Scheduling system (with ability to add recurring events) that works like or with Events Manager and BBB - Widgets to display upcoming and/or live meetings with "LIVE" indicated when necessary * Show phone number and meeting number with widget also (on click user enters meeting) - Latest archives widget - Paginated list of archived recordings for each individual multisite * include a downloadable mp3 for audio; description of meeting, title and thumbnail of first image uploaded in meeting in the archived list
