Create Pages with Matching Audio and PDF Files

I have 400 mp3 files with a matching pdf file for each one (they are named the same) I need to create an easy way access them all. I'm thinking something like this page - [login to view URL] The name of the file would show - and there would be a second link right below the player that would open the pdf file in a new tab. I am also open to different ideas of how it should be done. There would be 20 audio/pdf per page - and at the top and bottom would be the page links (there will be 20 pages) I have attached 2 sample files - the audio and the matching pdf. Please let me know your thoughts - how you would do it - anyone doing a quick demo will be considered first. Please do not copy and paste a response that has nothing to do with my project - I will ignore it. I will select someone based on communication, feedback and bid amount. Thanks!
