Connect nav menu to headings on Astra one page theme

Have used an Astra one page theme and change the menu headings. This is now stopped the menu scrolling down the page. I have changed ID of the heading to match the nav menu but it still won't work. Also the 'contact us' button won't link to the contact page. I'm sure this is something simple that i've just missed etc
