I understood your requirements and joining and leaving group messages can be deleted using telegram API in a group. I would need to write a script for this which will do this job for you. It can be scheduled any time or it can automatically delete these messages too as and when they come. It depends on you which option is okay with you. Thank you.

Hi, I've developed a windows application for automatically adding bulk users to telegram groups/supergroups/channels which involved some state of the art algorithms and hence can complete your project in no time.
