Hello, we have a running osCommerce Shop 2.2 on php7. We are currently switching from FedEx to UPS and the store has an XML interface to UPS built in, which has been running before and is still running. There the customer is shown the exact shipping costs based on the weight of the items in the shopping cart and our negotiated rates, which are transmitted by the UPS server via XML. This also works with a few exceptions. If the recipient's address is in the USA, an error message is displayed. In this case the exact error would have to be determined in the XML request and the module would have to be adapted accordingly. Secondly, we need the possibility to influence the shipping rates transmitted by UPS via XML by means of the total order value in the shopping cart. For example, the customer should receive a 15 € reduction of the shipping costs from a purchase value of 100 €. From 250 € value of goods then 25 € reduction, etc. The shipping costs may be reduced to a maximum of 0 €. These reductions per commodity value must be adaptable and expandable.

Hello, I have read task very carefully. I can do it very easily. I am 10+ years experienced in PHP, MYSQL, osCommerce, creLoaded, Loaded Commerce, WordPress, Magento, Smarty etc. I can fix error message in UPS shipping while recipient's address is in the USA and also can update code easily for shipping cost discount accordingly task given. Still I have question accordingly understand task. Please make me more clear about task. I consider it 3 potions for shipping cost reduction. 1. Option to setting up % for ranges of order total to reduce shipping cost. like order total range % >100€ 15% >250€ 10% >400€ 8% etc. maximum shipping cost reduce to 0€ 2. Or option to setting up amount for ranges of order total to reduce shipping cost. like order total range amt. >100€ 15€ >250€ 25€ >400€ 30€ etc. maximum shipping cost reduce to 0€ 3. Option to enable/disable shipping reduction for each product. If setting enabled to product and included in order, reduction will apply otherwise not.
