Hello, I've seen your video, I'll have no problem creating that kind of plugin for you, coincidentally I took a look on wp-pro-quiz db structure last week for a different project, also I have a suggestion because I don't think you even need to use excel, I can program a new page inside Wordpress where you will enter the quizzes the way you wanted like in excel instead, this way there's no need to deal with importing and processing excel files and also you'll have what you want inside Wordpress itself without the need to use any external files, just a suggestion.
