KINDLY READ THE ATTACHED “TEST CASES_V02” BEFORE BIDDING INCLUDE RESPONSE TO ‘BIDDER’S QUESTIONS’ WITH YOUR BID Our team of volunteers operates a MS Access based School enrollment application, developed in-house. The school in question is run by a religious organization and currently enrolls about 150 kids and operates over the weekend only. The application, though sufficient for enrollments, is offline and requires parents to visit our office to enroll their kids to the school. This project is an effort to web-enable the enrollment process and make it device and place agnostic. In nutshell, the new application should be accessible from any device from anywhere. The proposed application needs to satisfy following conditions and provide following functionalities at a minimum. Also see provided attachments to understand the functionality details better. 1. Needs to be a Single Page application developed using Angular JS with PHP/MySQL. 2. Needs to be a responsive application with ability to adapt to any device (Laptop, Desktop, Tablets, Mobile phones) 3. Needs to have configuration table/tables. The code should access data from the configuration table/tables and adapt the site functionality accordingly during the runtime. 4. Must provide following functionalities a. Registration for new users i. Collect family information ii. Collect child’s information iii. Collect Yajman (ceremony host) dates iv. Collect volunteer activities for both parents b. Login functionality for existing users c. Ability for users to edit certain parts of family and children information d. Payment processing - We propose using PayPal, but open for suggestions
