Build an Executable (exe.) to scrape some data

I would like a scarping script compiled into an exe. program that will scrape some data and produce a excel CSV file with all the information. The site location is: [login to view URL] Please see the attachment for an example ([login to view URL]) of how I would like this done. The example is the first eight entries from the last time I had this done. I would like the following columns populated in the CSV file: First Name | Surname | Preferred Name | Email | Phone | Business Name | Suburb | Town/City | Licence type | Licence class | Current status Please ensure all the above are placed in separate cells along one row, so I can sort by 'Town/City' etc. Once you have the exe. working I am prepared to pay 20% milestone upon you showing me the outcome of 100 people's information. The exe. program will have to be given to me and working to collect at least 1000 people's information before payment is made. IMPORTANT: No payment after the initial milestone will be made until I have it working on my machine. Please do not ask for payment before I have it working for at least 1000 people, as I have had programs in the past that have worked for a while and then suddenly stopped after a couple of hundred entries.
