BATTLE OF LEGENDS

My name is sumit , age is 20 years. I am an engineering student. I want to create and publish an android app "BATTLE OF LEGENDS" on play store. This purpose of this app is to organise matches/tournaments of online android games. There will be a list of various games and each game will have daily matches at regular time intervals. These matches will have certain entry fees and winning prize. Entry fees will be payed through apps like bhim upi , paytm , google pay etc. Winning prize amount will be first sent to this app's wallet and later on the user can transfer the cash prize from this app's wallet to his paytm wallet. Apart from this , as soon as the user registers for the match successfully, then no. Of participants will also increase accordingly for that particular match. Also approximately 10 to 15 minutes before the Match starts , the details of the match will be uploaded and only the registered participants can see it. Also a notification would be send on their phone regarding the same before the match is about to begin. The most important step is successfully publishing this app on play store without bugs and without getting rejected. Let me know the price i would need to pay.
