I have to back up whole 2 instance (now stopped) on AWS saving all data 100%, so that in the future it can be reload and restarted and everything works (if possible, unfortunately I don't know amazon services very well). anyway, I am open to any idea that can still make me reach my goal to reduce monthly cost, thank you
