Hi there! I have the exact same setup on my yahtzee site. Every day we run an automated process (cron) that retrieves the winners from the day's tournament games and posts this to our twitter feed. The twitter account is set up to automatically post everything to the FB page so that's how we manage that.
I have not done this for tumblr, but I will find out how to do that as part of the project.

Do you need to also delete posts from your wall/page/twitter/tumblr? If so, I'd need to increase the bid. If not, we're good at my bid amount.
