I'm looking for an italian language freelancer able to lead and manage my english speaking programmers that are developing a series of ASP / PHP website projects for my company. Duties will be: - propose best / alternative solutions for the best development of functions and sections for those web projects - organize, write down and send specific tasks for programmers - monitor and check correct tasks execution - bug testing - constantly report progress of projects to me and / or client Needed skills: - past experience in managing projects in web development area - problem solving approach - good communication - efficient and productive time management - italian mothertongue and good english - available at least 4 hours a day, preferably full time
