We publish a journal and need a tool to plan our sites which is flexibal for changes. Please see attached a word document. The site numbers shall change automatically when we drag and drop or move several sites to a new position. every site needs a field to view some text and it needs to switch colors from red, yellow to green which displays the current status of the sites. a team shall be logged in and see all changes in real time. the tool should be integrated to our existing web site back office structure. It's not public. Or the tool can be integrated to basecamp software we are working with.
