I need to create a website's video chat engine using either VideoWhisper Video Messenger w/ Wordpress plugin or AVChat w/wordpress plugin. They both are highly configurable but I need someone to customize it . Only apply if you have prior experience in video chatting software. If there is another solution other than the software above, please suggest. Time frame is 1-2 weeks ..3rd week testing.
