Customize Magento Extension [Sold Together]

Hi, I think the problem here is of JavaScripts. They must not be getting added to the popup. The verification would not work without them, neither the add to cart with the complementary products would work. I have developed several popup magento extension (customer registration, energy saving calculator). I would be available over the weekend if u like to discuss the project.
