Customised video player for youtube

I need the default youtube player to be customised so that We cant see youtube logo and videoplayer control dont look like standard youtube video : [login to view URL] Please see how this player also have ability to add own video logo transparency I have a plugin that is currently posting videos automatically to my wordpress see eg of a post [login to view URL] Hence i need all videos that are posted to have that customised version of youtube player. This project would involve either customising the plugin or the theme or both Budget $30-$100. Bid outside this wont be considered
