Cron query adjustment on php file

I will pay $10.00 milestone payment upon work completion. Anything over i won't hire..You will get the files which i know which ones they are and I will set the cron jobs to trigger faster or slower in time for testing.. This work is easy and requires adjustment to the query and some time code adjustment specific to time or maybe add another value to table which i can do.. If you can do this with the files message me you can do this..Work is for now not tommorrow.. ********WORK NEEDED******** I have a cron reminder that just sends out a simple mail notification,,,The thing is if i set 2 reminder for the same day it cannot tell the time difference..It will trigger on the right time but will trigger anything on that same day.... It works fine and will know the difference in days (date) but NOT the hours of time and will triggers all on the same day... NO FTP Don't send me your mile long works of links!!! Need real chat if you can fix...We all got fees to pay freelancer dont tell me..
