Creating a WiFi Captive Portal

I need to build a central wifi hotspot authentication system that will manage the authentication of mobile devices + tablets/laptops at various wifi locations. Each location will have a Unifi AP and these are managed by a central Unifi controller. When a user registers with the AP, he will have to be redirected to a Captive Portal for authentication. Authentication needs to be based on FB login + SMS. This is to ensure there is a log of the user's phone number for local government regulatory purposes. You can use existing OpenSource solutions to build the above. Example Unifispot, Chillispot, etc. Unifispot comes the closest to our needs, but some of the options are still not ready for use. So work required: - Create a HotSpot authentication system for Unifi Access Points - Authentication is based on FB login AND SMS (not OR) -Once authenticated, device MAC should be used to recognise already authenticated devices for a period of 1 month to avoid unnecessary duplicated authentication steps (and avoid costly SMS) - Web portal for user registration - Logging of user stats (user login details, phone number, etc) - Detailed documentation Others: We will provide all necessary infrastructure for this [login to view URL]: servers (VM), access to DB, etc.
