Create simple plugin for repst -- 2

I need to create simple plugin for my site the plugin will repost automatically old posts. the plugin will open eldest post, reschedule it to X time, change acesspress to yes and update. on post will do it to next one (i using plugin accesspress to publish posts on FB so this plugin should change publish to YES and than repost so it will be automatically posted again on FB)
