I'm looking for an experienced Wordpress developer who can take my website - [login to view URL] - and create a Wordpress theme for it that looks almost the same as the current site. Please note that I DO NOT have FTP or CMS access to this website, so please do not ask for that and do not bid if that will be an issue for you. The Wordpress theme you design should look almost identical to the current site, with the following exceptions: -- simpler navigation using a standard drop down menu as opposed to the current menu style. Right now the navigation bar is “unclear” and seems to take too many clicks to get to content. Perhaps a drop-down instead of the existing bar. I will prioritize my selection on speed, so the sooner you can do this, the more likely I am to choose your bid. I'll provide you with server space to do the buildout.
