Need to convert very simple Drupal Template to Joomla v3 Template. Website to be converted is www.discover-you.org. Template requirements: 1) Template must visually match exactly to existing site to fit business requirements 2) Template must be fully Mobile Responsive. with Mobile menu in upper right corner when appropriate. 3) Megamenu Flyouts on left side (Learn,Move,Eat...) will look and function exactly as they currently do on home page with colored flyouts. (Mobile menu can replace when in responsive mode) 4) Each section should be module positions for ease of future modifications. 5) FYI: I will be using "Unite Revolution Slider" for home page slider. 6) I will move content just need template developed. Note: I have no issue with developer starting with an existing template and modifying it . I have a license for this site from [login to view URL] so if any of those templates are a good starting place I am fine with that and can send base s5 template and PSD to developer.
