I have experience with templates, custom themes, Bootstrap in Drupal 7, responsiveness, Custom/Contrib Modules, Views, Rules and other important modules that are necessary for a Drupal site to work perfectly. The projects I've worked on have similar implementation, just like yours. It would then be easy to implement from my side, but I need more details and feed-back over time.
