Create Amazon Monitoring Software

We are looking for a programmer that can write a piece of software to monitor specific Amazon marketplaces/store fronts for new products. We know that this can be done as there are several pieces of software on the market that do similar type things. We're not looking for anything fancy. Just something that will get the job done. My guess is that it will need to monitor 150-200 marketplaces. The software will need to index the products in those marketplaces once a day and then either notify us when there's a new product or have the information put into a report that we can download as needed. Each marketplace could have 20-500 products.
