Copy CSV File Contents to MySQL

I have hundreds of CSV files. I need the contents of certain columns within the CSV copied to a MySQL database. I would like a Bash script or PHP file to read all the files in a folder and then copied to the MySQL database. The PHP or Bash script needs to read in variables for: * The locations of the CSV files * MySQL Hostname * MySQL Username * MySQL password * MySQL database * MySQL table The CSV files contains the date/time in a format of dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss This needs to be written to SQL in the format of yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss Attached is a copy of a CSV file so you know what to expect. Attached is a copy of the table format. The CSV file contains the following fields: DATE, TIMESTAMP, TEMP, VPV1, IAC, VAC, FAC, PAC, ETOTAL, HTOTAL, MODE, ETODAY, ETOTALH, HTOTALH, ERR_GV, ERR_GF, ERR_GZ, ERR_TEMP, ERR_PV1, ERR_GFC1, ERR_MODE, UNK10 The fields from CSV that need to be copied to MySQL are: date - date or (timestamp - date) temp - temp VPV1 - VPV IAC - IAC VAC - VAC FAC - FAC PAC - PAC ETOTAL - ETOTAL HTOTAL - HTOTAL MODE - MODE ETODAY - ETODAY If the value of PAC in the CSV file is equal to 0 then do not write that particular row to MySQL. The PHP and BASH commands must be compatible with BASH 4.2 and PHP 5.4 with no depreciated commands so there is a high chance of forward compatibility in the next few years.
