Hello, It is hard to estimate the amount of work and specially if there are additional hidden requirements. If you already have the WCF service in place but need to use another data binding and transport protocol as it is TCP it will be only a matter of changing the configuration but can't tell you exactly before I see the code and the whole scope of work.
