I have a draft protocol to demonstrate this project in detail which was written by a freelancer but never properly finished. It needs re-writing as it is coded into a wordpress platform and I don't want it on wordpress, plus the addition of customised calendar and booking system integrated and a php based soft phone. It is an online console for managing many companies and many staff in order to enable a receptionist to answer phone calls, direct calls, schedule appointments, see staff availability. To be used by large corporate companies and also remote receptionists. I am happy with either fixed price or hourly, but I want the project completed by a competent, driven person who finishes their projects properly. The person / or people, who take this on need to follow through right to fixing bugs, tweaks and testing. I need a product I can go live with. Milestone Agreement 1. The main system for the receptionists, company admin, super admin and user app - AUD $11,000 - $6500 released upfront for this task to be completed. - $6500 released when the code for the this task has been delivered to you in satisfactory state. 2. The multi tiered calendar and scheduling crm system - AUD $3,000 - $1500 released upfront for this task to be completed. - $1500 released when the code for this task has been delivered to you in satisfactory state. 3. The SIP Soft phone application - AUD $5,000 - $2500 released upfront for this task to be completed. - $2500 released when the code for this task has been delivered to you in satisfactory state. Each task will be funded prior to starting the task and the agreement will be that if I wish to cancel after the first task is completed I can close the project and mark as completed.
