Code a registration form for wordpress multisite

I want a custom registration form created for wordpress multisite and must be integrated with ProSites by WPMUDEV, I have ProSites, I want the registration from to work with it. - The registration form must work like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] and must use ProSites to facilitate the options - A custom pricing table must be integrated, instead of the default ProSites pricing table - Integration with ActiveCampaign is required for CRM support and future marketing purposes Please do not bid if you cannot do it or if you don't know what ProSites is, preference will be given to someone who has done a similar project before.
