Build user verification feature on website

We're looking to build a feature on our website that will allow users to verify themselves using various methods. Our website is built on Wordpress. Similar to how Freelancer allows a user to verify them self to prove they are who they say they are, we want our users to have the choice of verifying using the following methods: 1) Login to Facebook API to verify. 2) Verify their email address by sending an email link to them 3) Verify their mobile phone number by sending a code they have to enter on the website. We would like icons for each verification method shown in their existing profile, which they can click on to verify. After each of these methods is verified, we would like the icon to turn from greyed out to colour, and show "VERIFIED" with a green checkmark under each verify option in their profile. We would also like a shortcode that we can use to show the same verification for the user on the site. This way we can show it in different spots to prove to users that they are verified. A very good example of what we want is shown on Match.com. If you create a free account on that site, then click on your profile, you will see a verification section where you can verify many different things. They are greyed out if they're not verified, and once verified, they are highlighted in colour (screenshot attached to this project). Please use that site as a reference/example of what we would like.
