Build salespage + browser addon

Hello, I need a website built (Salespage) + browser addons (for firefox, chrome and IE). The addon/browser extension will use google api to get keyword search volume data. When user search anything on google, it will show the search volume data under the search box instantly. The salespage will have a video aswell + text. I will put the product on clickbank once it's done. So, I need help with that too. Need logo + salespage design to be professional and attractive, prefer red and white color. Once user paid for the product, user will be able to install the addon and use. The product must be secure and not sharable, there has to be licensing with email address also. Need it done asap and at affordable rate. I have budget of about $50 - $80. So, I need someone who is just starting on freelancer and won't mind my low budget offering. Thanks.
