Hey, I am an expert in Excel/Access based solutions and infact I have created several quoting programs for clients here on freelancer. As you would see in my work history, I have been highly rated for the quality work I do. You mentioned that you have several spreadsheets and you want to improve those. We could do that, or if you think there are some common steps that are to be followed for each project (even though many of them are bespoke), we could create a template that could be used across all projects. This model would be built such that it will have some steps to be followed (essentially the inputs) and each step will have some room for customization.
