I would like to develop a website that allows twitter users to 'replay' there timeline from a specified time. Use case: A person wishes to watch a basketball game they have taped or DVRd, but they want to enjoy to accompanying social media experience. This service would allow them to 'replay' there twitter feed from the same time the game started, so tweets would appear 'live' as they would if the game was on in real time. This should be a simple service where the user hits this web page, logs into their twitter account (via this webpage), and is presented with their timeline. They can then set a 'start time' which then plays back their twitter timeline live from the specified time.
