Build a Website AND a corresponding App (for iOs AND Android)

Hi there. I am looking for someone who can build a website that has all the same functionalities like www.crowdfunder.com. Please go to [login to view URL] and check out the site, set up a dummy account and test ALL the functionalities BEFORE you give me your bid! For my website I require a full CMS. The users must be able to upload their videos and documents, which they must be able to administer and maintain. In other words, the CMS must have an admin panel and a user panel. But both must be as easy and as user friendly as [login to view URL] is doing it! The website must also offer secure payments and secure data management. As the administrator, I must also be able to manage all user accounts and their data. The website and the app must allow multiple language choices / country settings. The idea is to cover most corners of the world, to allow access for anyone from anywhere to post their projects. At the same time though, if a country has legal restrictions to use the website in its entirety, then I must be able to manage the various functionalities. When the website is built, I will need an app for both iOS and Android. The app is based on the same idea as the website. To make it simple: the app will be similar to the amazon app: you look for an item and can buy it with one click (if you are a registered customer). For now, let's assume you are to replicate the entire amazon app for iOS and Android. I will deliver all design and layout for both, the website and for the app. With your bid, please also give me a REALISTIC time frame for this job. I know this is not possible to do in 7 days.
