Good morning, I have 8 years of experience building web pages of several types. I've made several e-commerce, usign tools like drupal, wordpress or php frameworks. For this case, I would recomend to work with Wordpress / Woocommerce to build this webpage but I don't have problem working with plain php, we will have a lot of options to explore here. First I have some initial questions about the features you want: 1- How the payment part will be done?, because the users are going to upload their clothes to sell, will they have to register a payment gateway for them? 2- Do you have any preferences for the payment gateway? Also I want to explain the process I follow to develop: 1- Get from you all the information you have, and review it. After that there will be some questions from me. - After having all the information I will define in a very detail way each one of your items, and also a mockup of the screens. - After having everything clear I will determine the milestones - I will start doing the work, and after 5 days we will have a first review. You fill have a couple of days to give me your feedback while I start the second week of the project. - The final week we will have the final review, you will have a couple of days to review the whole application and after your approval we get it into production environment.
