Hello - I have read the project description, I understand that you are looking to build a CRM where your sales agents can login, see the script & rebuttals (that will be imported via API) and a couple of forms where they can upload customer details file and sales order. Additionally as per my understanding there will be a super administrator area that will be able to add new sales reps, can see activity of all sales reps and a few other reports. Kindly let me know if my understanding is correct, I would suggest you to not use Notepad file, instead you should use predefined set of input fields, like customer first name, customer phone, etc... so you get the data in structured format. By using notepad, sales reps will input information according to their choice and in the future you have to pay developers to filter out the information from the notepad files. Regarding the solution, I would like to code it using PHP. The backend database will be mySql. I will pick some modern PHP frameworks, like Laravel, Zend, etc... to get maximum results of PHP. Also I have the capability to design beautiful and user friendly interface for the CRM. Hello, I've been doing huge crm for machine leasing company that collects data about new leasing offers. I'm familiar with projects like that, so I can do it quick, and good. I'm collecting my portfolio now, so I can guarantee that everything will be as it should. All i need to start project is more info about agents works in this crm. My optional idea is to add table of custom params(workers can modify them) and files(like paper scans). I have also my own small task manager project, which is very simmilar to this idea. By modifying it I could finish this crm for You very simple. All my code is made by me. I don't use any open source cms etc.
