Bootstrap Site - Need a page created/modified based on GEO data

Our branch locations page should adjust and change based on the visitor's location and/or GEO tag to show branch locations based relevant to the user and hide the additional locations under a collapsed or tabulated section of the page. The hidden locations should be accessible by clicking "Additional Locations". All locations and their data should still remain readable in the source code. Logic to follow: If a user's location is outside the US or not defined than the page remains as is. If the user entered the website by a GEO page (i.e. Phoenix Pest Control) than the map and listings will focus on that visitor's GEO tag. If the visitor does not have a GEO tag and resides in a state Bulwark services then the map and listings below the map will show locations within the visitor's state.
