We are in need of a way to track usage for individual users on our Elastix PBX.
we need to generate a report weekly and have it emailed to the users boss or if it is easer have a web portal that executives could pull there own reports. currently Elastix has very basic reporting and we need something a bit different.
what we need:
the ability to see a users inbound and outbound calls and on the phone time in a weekly style report exasperated into days.(see sample report)
generate graphs so we can tell user performance at a glance. (we do this weekly)
the ability to add or subtract users from the reports. (we only monitor problem users so we only want to pull reports on some users and that changes over time, a new report should be generated for each user)
If not a configurable web portal and just an automatic system we need the ability to choose who each users report gets emailed too.( only that users boss should get the report.)
not a requirement but it would be nice to get the data used in a csv so that it can be further manipulated if our needs change later.

the sample report was what was specifically asked for by the executive team for ease of use, we are open to some interpretation but it would need to be discussed.
