Assist with previous script that was built

Hi, I have a previous piece of work done around 18 month ago on another freelance site. Basically I have a web app, and I paired for a freelancer to create me a script that did the following: - Control Panel for simple SaaS setup - Copies the web app from its master repo to customer folder when new user signed up - Handles billing via stripe - Can suspend peoples accounts - Create their "instance" of the app in a new folder, makes a new DB, and gives them a [login to view URL] DNS reference in the Linux server So I have this script, or at least a copy of the Root of the server this was working on at the time. I do not have the DB that support this script. So I need some one clever who can look at this script and get it working again on a Digital Ocean server for me.... I don't have a huge budget for this... What I do have is budget for additional work to this script once its working again, so right freelancer will come in very handy for additional features for more work once this is working. :)
