Add sone functionality in an existing Online Exam system php script

I am having a php script for online exam system. This script fetch random questions from specified subjects and display it on exam page. Below the questions question numbers are displaying. see screenshot. i need to have below functionality in the script: 1. Show subject tab at the top of the questions. say exam is fetching questions from 3 subjects then all three subjects should be displayed on the top. Subject tab from which current question is being displayed should be highlighted. If we click on any subject tab then first question from that subject should be displayed on the screen. Say we have three subjects maths, english, GK and question from 50-75 are from GK. so if we click GK tab 50th question should display on the screen. 2. Questions numbers (question pallet) showing below the questions should be like a hyperlink. If we click on any number that question should be displayed on the screen. Also answered question number should be highlighted with green, currently viewing question number with RED and unattended question number should be highlighted with gray color.
