I want a web based APN server so a basically share my servers bandwidth with my phone. I would like it multi-user though with and admin side to track users bandwidth and set a limit it and throttle it. So my wife and business partner could also have an account.. IF THIS IS EVEN POSSIBLE - I'd like a quote for the build and install. my server is cpanel/centos, but if you need windows I can set it up on my personal windows 2003 blade here at my house..

Hello, I understand from the description that you want to control the access to your cellular internet lan, and also set the limit of the bandwidth plus the speed limit(that is what you mean by throttle).
